Konica C35

The Konica C35 was a 35mm, rangefinder, film camera which was manufactured by Konishiroku from 1968. The C35 was a compact, light and simple to handle camera with an excellent lens which took good, sharp photographs because it could be focused accurately. It featured a Hexanon 38mm f/2.8 standard lens, made of 4 elements arranged in 3 groups. It was available in black or silver.

Specifications of the C35

The Konica C35 was equipped with a Copal Mat special automatic programmed leaf shutter, with speeds from 1/30 to 1/650 sec. plus B. Electronic flash synchronized automatically at 1/125th of a second. The camera`s rangefinder consisted of single-eye double-image alignment, and color compensation glass. The finder was bright frame with parallax compensation mark. The C35 offered automatic exposure adjustment with system using CdS, 1.35V mercury battery used as power source EE coupling range EV8 (f/2.8, 1/30sec.) to EV17 (f/;4.3, 1/650sec. with ASA 100 film.
